Delivery Information

The College Drop personally delivers orders to USC students on Tuesdays and Thursdays, typically between 12:00–6:00 PM.

Order Cutoff

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM the day before the scheduled delivery day to be eligible for the next delivery:

Monday by 12:00 PM → Tuesday delivery
Wednesday by 12:00 PM → Thursday delivery

Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following available delivery day.

Delivery Locations

Students do not need to be present for delivery. When permitted, orders may be left with a dorm front desk, apartment leasing office, Greek house, or another secure designated delivery location.

If we are unable to complete the delivery as planned, we will contact the student or purchaser using the information provided with the order.

Please make sure all student and delivery information is accurate. The College Drop is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the purchaser.

Delivery Fee

Local USC delivery is included with your order—there is no additional delivery fee. ❤️
